Scheduled service between Tofino-Long Beach Airport and Nanaimo Flying Club at the Nanaimo Airport.

Flights operate in wheeled aircraft out of airport locations. This service does not operate in seaplanes.
Discounted fares not available on this route. All children must be accompanied by an adult on this route.
All fares listed are per person, one way inclusive of fees and taxes.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Pre-paid bookings outside of this will be issued a flight credit to be used within 12 months of the original date of travel. All fares and credits are non-transferrable. Name changes are seen as a cancellation and penalties based on the fare class will apply. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable and no credit provided.
Changes within 12-24 hours prior to departure are subject to a $20.00 change fee. Changes within 12 hours are not permitted and bookings are non-refundable.

LUGGAGE

Each passenger has up to 25lbs of luggage per paid seat included in their ticket and is guaranteed to fly with them on all scheduled routes. This includes all baggage, including personal items such as laptops and purses. Excess of 25 lbs will be charged at $1.00/lb at check in and will fly on a stand-by basis on the next flight with available space.
Please note Tofino Air does not have an offices at Nanaimo Airport, so luggage that is unable to be accommodated is the responsibility of the passenger. We hold no liability or responsibility for luggage that cannot be accommodated.
For safety reasons individual bags may not weigh more than 50lbs each. Due to the nature of the aircraft, please note larger sized suitcases may not be able to be accommodated.
For safety, all baggage, including purses & laptops must travel in the cargo compartment.
