- Check-In: At least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
- Cancellations: 48-hour notification required otherwise airfare is 100% non-refundable
- Non-Stop Service: Most scheduled flights are non-stop
- Aircraft Type: Based on load factor and availability
- Baggage Allowance: 25 lbs. per passenger. Excess baggage charge is $0.50 per lb. plus GST as space is available
- Frequent Flyer Discounts available for Nanaimo & Gabriola flights
- Child, Student & Senior's Rates available for Nanaimo only flights
- Infants: 0 to 2 years fly free
- Child: Half fare for 2 to under 10 years (Nanaimo flights) and 2 to under 6 years (Gabriola flights)
- Cargo / Freight Service: Available at $0.50 per LB plus GST. Minimum $10 per shipment
- There is no parking available at the Tofino location - give yourself time for a 4 block walk from the Municipal parking lot at Third and Campbell. (Drop off space is available.)
