1. How much luggage can I bring?
   
   
   1. 25 lbs. per passenger. Excess baggage charge is $0.50 per lb. plus HST as space is available. We cannot guarantee that overweight baggage will travel on the same flight as the guest.

2. What is the cancellation policy?
   
   
   1. 48 hours prior to departure: Changes and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to departure and must be made by calling the Base Manager.
   2. Less than 48 hours prior to departure: Tickets are non-refundable for cancellations and changes within the 48-hour period but may be transferable to another passenger for an administration fee.
3. Are there child, student & senior rates available?
   
   
   1. Infants under 2 years old fly for free.
   2. Children 2-11 years old fly for 50%.
   3. Students must show a student id card and can fly for 20% off.
   4. Seniors can fly at 15% off.
   5. Discount rates are only available on certain routes. Please ask your Customer Service Agent when booking.
4. Is there parking available? If so, what is the cost?
   
   
   1. Pay parking is available at our Vancouver Harbour, Nanaimo Harbour and YVR bases. Parking at our Sechelt and Silva Bay bases is free.

5. Is there discounted parking for Tofino Air passengers?
   
   
   1. There is not discounted parking available for Tofino Air passengers at this time.
6. Is there a passenger pick up and drop off area?

7. Are there a main transit routes near by?
   
   
   1. Vancouver : Waterfront Station on the SkyTrain is a short walking distance from our location in Coal Harbour.
   2. YVR: C92/C93 to Bridgeport Station connecting to Canada Line and city busy service (Translink)
   3. Nanaimo: There are several bus stops within a short walking distance to the harbour. The Greyhound Bus terminal is also a short 15 minute walk away.

8. Is there a shuttle bus available at YVR?
   
   
   1. We will provide each party with a taxi voucher when flying from Nanaimo to YVR.

9. Is there a shuttle or car service available?
   
   
   1. Budget Rental Car and National Car & Truck are nearby and provide pick up and drop-off of vehicles and discounted rates for Tofino Air passengers.

10. How far is the Nanaimo base from the Departure Bay Ferry Terminal?
    
    
    1. Approximately 10 minutes driving and 30-40 minutes walking.

11. Do you offer a Frequent Flyer program?
    
    
    1. Much like Starbucks, Tim Horton's and BC Ferries, you are able to load your Frequent Flyer Travel Card, swipe and save! With a minimum load of $100, let the swiping begin.
       • Senior and Student discount of 10%.
       • Minimum of $100
       • Frequent Flyer Travel Cards are non-refundable; and,
       • Frequent Flyer tickets are transferable; however, it is the responsibility of the passenger to gift or sell them to another individual.
